We currently use Royal Mail for shipping our candles and only ship to the UK Mainland for the time being. We hope to be able to ship to the ROI and internationally from 2022.

 

Shipping costs for items up to 2kg cost £3.80 and for anything up to 2kg is £5.57 (First Class).

 

Free Shipping for orders over £20.

 

Please note, delivery costs are subject to change in line with Royal Mail price changes.

 

If you require a bulk order, please contact us for a postage quote. In some cases, we are able to use a courier if needed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Honesty candle, we would be happy to give you a refund within 14 days from purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, once the item has been returned to us, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

 

Please contact us at enquiries@honestycandles.co.uk in the first instance and we will then start the refund process.

 

Please note, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for returns postage, and shipping costs are non-refundable. As we can only guarantee a refund once we receive your item, we recommend using a tracked postal service. We also recommend taking care to wrap fragile items carefully, as we can't process returns for items that are damaged on their return to us.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on sale items or for any purchases older than 14 days.
